A little more clarity at the gate

Your home.
Your people.
Your say.

Someone's at your gate. Know who it is, say yes or no from your phone, and let your gatekeeper take it from there.

For private homes with a staffed gate.
Free during testing. No card. No automatic charges.

Made for the everyday

Less back and forth.
More being at home.

The unexpected guest, the expected delivery, the people who help your house run. Give each arrival a clear next step.

Visitor approvals

A guest at the gate.

Get a request with a name or a short voice note. A family member with approval access decides, wherever they are.

Guest passes

Someone you're expecting.

Create a guest pass ahead of time. Your gatekeeper checks the pass when they arrive, without starting the conversation again.

Household staff

The people you know.

Enrol your household staff with a photo. The gatekeeper recognises them by sight and records when they come and go.

From arrival to answer

Two phones.
One clear decision.

Your gatekeeper asks. Your household answers. Everyone sees what happens next.

Talk through your setup
  1. 01

    The gate sends a request

Your guard types the guest’s name or records a short voice note. No guest photo needed.

  2. 02

    Your household responds

A family member with approval access taps yes or no. The answer is shared with the gate.

  3. 03

    The crossing is recorded

The gatekeeper records entry and exit. Your household can check the activity later.

A good fit, from the start

Built around
your own front gate.

A simple shared record for private homes and small residential properties with someone at the gate.

This could work for your home if…

  • A gatekeeper handles arrivals and departures.
  • Your family wants to approve visitors from their phones.
  • You want a shared record of who came and went.

A private home surrounded by greenery

A home is a private place

A gate record.
With boundaries.

Guests are identified by a name or voice note, not a photograph. There is no face recognition, CCTV or continuous recording.

Only what the gate needs. Today's activity and anyone still on site. Your family's phone numbers stay private.

Records have a lifetime. Visit photos and voice notes are deleted after 30 days by default. Enrolled staff photos stay while the staff member is active.

A considered start

Try it together.
Tell us what works.

We're testing Gatecheck with real household routines. Start with a conversation about your gate and the phones you use.

About testing and pricing
01 / Check the fit

Tell us about your home, gatekeeper and devices. We'll discuss testing access and installation.

02 / Set up the house

Once access is arranged, create your house, invite approvers and connect the gatekeeper.

03 / Practice an arrival

Try a request, approval, entry and exit together before using it in your daily routine.

Before the first arrival

Good questions.
Straight answers.

What do we need to get started?

A staffed gate, a phone for your gatekeeper, and phones for household approvers. Ask us about testing access first so we can check your devices and explain installation. Then create your house, invite your family and connect the gatekeeper.

Can I download the app from a store?

The app is in testing and is not publicly available in app stores. iOS distribution is currently limited to internal TestFlight testing. Contact us to discuss eligibility and installation before creating a house.

What happens if the internet drops?

The gate app queues supported actions to retry when the connection returns. New requests and household decisions need connectivity. Keep your usual gate procedure available during an outage; notifications can be delayed.

How much will it cost?

It is free while we are testing. Pricing will be announced before paid launch. There is no card required and no automatic charge.

Does it open the gate or recognise faces?

No. A person at the gate records arrivals and departures. Staff photos are recognised by that person, not by software. Gate automation, face recognition, number plate recognition and CCTV integrations are not available.
